Francheska Fernandez

Francheska Fernandez is the Executive Administrative Assistant at Brooks & Baez, and for many clients, she is the calm, caring voice they hear when they don’t know where else to turn. She believes that behind every case is a real person who deserves to be treated with respect, patience, and understanding.

She holds a Paralegal Certificate from James Madison University and brings years of legal experience to the firm. Francheska is known for her dedication, organization, and genuine care for the people she helps. She takes pride in making sure every client feels supported, informed, and never alone during what can be one of the most stressful times in their life.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Francheska is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to connect deeply with the community she serves. She understands how overwhelming legal problems can feel, and she works every day to make the process easier, clearer, and less intimidating for every client who trusts Brooks & Baez with their case.
