T. Noel Brooks

T. Noel Brooks is a Partner at Brooks & Baez in Richmond, Virginia. He has practiced law since 2002, focusing on personal injury, criminal defense, and family law. Admitted to the Virginia Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, he earned his J.D. from the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law and a B.A. in English from Virginia Tech. He received a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating in 2025.
